Scope of Services
Our role in this engagement is to provide you with the necessary guidance and resources to file your BOI report independently using the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) portal. We will provide you with a link to the FinCEN site and general instructions on how to determine beneficial ownership.

However, please note that we will not provide legal advice, review, or interpretation of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). This service does not include determining whether exemptions apply or verifying the accuracy of the information you submit. You are responsible for completing the BOI report and submitting it via the FinCEN system.

Client Responsibilities
You will be solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted and for monitoring any changes that may need to be reported to FinCEN. Any updates or corrections must be filed within the legally required timeframe. We strongly recommend seeking legal counsel regarding your specific obligations under the CTA.

Timing of the Engagement
This engagement will conclude once we provide the necessary resources to enable you to file the BOI report. (The link provided at the end of this form is the only resource we are providing)
