For this option, we will provide access to our partnered service, which will guide you through the process of entering your information into the FinCEN system. You will be able to complete your submission over multiple sessions, and our partner will handle any exceptions that may arise with FinCEN.

Please note that our services under this engagement do not include providing legal advice, determining beneficial ownership, or verifying the accuracy of your filing. Automated reminders will also be provided to help ensure that you comply with any future updates or reporting requirements.

Client Responsibilities
You will remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted, and for ensuring that any required updates are made within the statutory deadlines. We recommend consulting legal counsel to confirm your responsibilities under the CTA.

Firm Responsibilities
We will facilitate your connection to the partnered service and ensure that the submission is completed through their system. However, we will not review or verify the information provided.

Timing of the Engagement
This engagement will conclude once you have been redirected to our partnered service.

Fees
The fee for this service is $200, this is payable directly to our partner service.
